ExpectIQ was born from years of frustration watching industrial manufacturers struggle to leverage AI. The technology was there, but the path from "AI sounds interesting" to "AI is actually helping our operators" was impossibly complex.
We saw machine builders with decades of technical documentation gathering dust. Maintenance teams wasting hours searching through PDFs. Operators making decisions without the full context of their machine's history. Meanwhile, AI companies offered generic chatbots that didn't understand industrial protocols, fieldbuses, or the messy reality of factory floors.
