Full-scale implementations are custom quoted based on machine count, integration complexity, and ongoing support needs.

Our pilot program includes: document processing for up to 500 pages, agent configuration with up to 3 data sources, deployment to one machine or production line, operator training, and 30 days of support. It is the perfect way to validate the technology before scaling.

For fully local deployments, there are no mandatory ongoing costs beyond optional support contracts. Cloud deployments have monthly hosting fees based on usage. Optional maintenance and support packages are available for all deployment types.
